The Sensor Systems Division manufactures and sells enhanced technology products that provide Special Operations Forces and other specialized users with improved situational awareness in both night and day operations. It currently sells products to groups within the U.S. Department of Defense, including SOCOM and the four military services. The Division also works with other governmental agencies, various domestic state and local law enforcement agencies, as well as numerous foreign customers that include the Canada Ministry of Defense, the Italian Ministry of Defense, the Taiwan Ministry of Defense, and the U.K. Ministry of Defense - predominantly militaries of governments allied with the United States.

Sensor Technology Systems, Inc.
Sensor Technology Systems, Inc. (STS), designs and manufactures Night Vision products used for counter-terrorism and covert operations by Special Operations Forces, both U.S. and foreign military. The AN/PVS-21 binocular night vision goggle is the only production NVG with an integrated Heads-Up Display capability for "Sensor Fusion" applications. STS has fielded the AN/PVS-21 with U.S. Military forces, U.K forces, Canadian forces, Italian forces and others. Formed in 1991, STS is an innovative electro-optics company providing top quality production of low profile night vision goggles and related equipment to U.S. customers and other qualified operators across the world. In May, 1997 STS expanded into its current residence in Beaverecreek, Ohio. This new facility has office space, laboratory and production area, including a 1200 sq. ft. clean room.

Diffraction Ltd.
Diffraction is a leading innovator of integrated optical, electrical, and mechanical systems for military, government, and commercial applications. A diverse team of engineers, scientists, and technicians has been developing leading edge technology since 1989, with a primary focus on advanced electro-optic imaging and communication products for the defense and security markets. The team also performs research and development in areas such as: chemical and biological detection; signature management; surveillance; and IFF. The company's facilities are fully equipped for everything from optical, microelectronic and integrated systems research, to prototyping and low rate initial production of electro-optic products.
